this person rented a house to melvin fugitt and janene nixon he took 900 dollars from them on a rental of a double wide and he never gave them the key to take access to the double wide.he has been text,phone calls and face book messenger and still refuses to return the money wich he comitted a crime.how could this person name michael echaves iii to still money but doesnt give a key to allow melvin fugitt and janene nixon to go thru the gate.how are they suppose to do it climb the fence no way .dont get involved with this mane in the picture he will rip you off.urgent spread the word would be appreciated about this person michael echaves iii please spread it thank you and pray for the renters who lost there money from this person
