La Z Boy Astor Super Power - XR R/R chair.

Asking $450. It's only 3 years old and won't fit in the living room at our new house. It has a tiny tear on the back and a little spot on arm of chair which is shown in the pictures. I paid almost $1700 after taxes/warranty 3 years ago. (I'm not sure if the remaining 2 years of warranty is transferable) Receipt included in pictures.
